Godrej Properties, a leading real estate company in India, launched a new project in Pune. A subsidiary of Godrej Industries Ltd, the company was established in 1990 under the leadership of Adi Godrej. The company is currently developing projects that are estimated to cover more than 89.7 million square feet.

Our brief was to generate buzz in the market for their launch, and get walk ins to the launch venue. Their team had tried marketing via the traditional channels, and the results were well short of expectations. Now, they had pinned their hopes on digital.

We segmented the target audience and targeted ads to investors and residential buyers with different sets of ads and messages.

Campaigns were run targeting geographical and demographic signals. We ran campaigns on Facebook for Business, Google Ads, and LinkedIn for Business.
